With 20 years of marketing and consulting experience and many years as a real estate investor, Wendy brings a savvy mix of sales and shrewd negotiating skills to her role as leader of The Papasan Team at Keller Williams Realty. She became a licensed Realtor in 2009 and has consistently doubled and tripled her production every year. Wendy is on the agent leadership council at the Keller Williams Southwest office, helping other agents improve their productivity and moving the Market Center forward. As a member, she is part of a hand-picked group of agents who monitor profitability and set the vision and direction of the country’s largest real estate office. She holds an Internet Marketing Specialist Designation. In addition to owning multiple income-producing properties (residential & commercial) in Austin, co-owner of two real estate offices, & a partner in a venture capital firm. Active in the community, Wendy is past president of her neighborhood association.
