Ross Speed has spent the majority of his life living in and enjoying the greater Austin area. Ross uses his home-grown knowledge of Austin to educate his buyers and sellers on the ever-evolving Austin market. Ross graduated from Baylor University with a BA in Real Estate and Finance. He is part of the less than 1% of Realtors with a degree specific to Real Estate. Ross uses his strong financial background to provide insight and strategies unique to the Real Estate market. While at Baylor University, Ross was a scholarship player on the Baylor baseball team. He channels the same competitive drive to "Win" for his clients. Ross also holds an Appraisal Trainee's license. His appraisal background makes the valuation of properties one of his strong suits and allows him to educate his clients on one of the largest hurdles sellers face in Austin's appreciating market. Ross has successfully doubled his business every year since obtaining his real estate license. He attributes his yearly growth to his amazing clients who continue to refer him to friends and family after successful and well-managed transactions. Ross prides himself on providing the highest level of customer service to all his clients.
