Linda is passionate about helping clients who are buying and selling Real Estate. After owning her own company Linda Welsh Realty for 8 years, she joined Keller Williams in 2012. Linda is a member of the Master Faculty at Keller Williams where she teaches Ignite courses to newer agents and she is an active member of the Agent Leadership Council - a selected group of agents who oversee market center activities including growth activities, agent support and budget, productivity and profitability of the market center. During the two past two years at Keller Williams, she has steadily grown her business over 250%. Linda is passionate about education, training and coaching. Within Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council she is also active on the Education Committee and on the Recruiting and Retention committees. She is a member of the Keller Williams Luxury Division and, although she loves to help clients buy and sell luxury real estate, she also finds it enormously rewarding to help first time buyers. Linda works with many global and relocation clients and is approved by several relocation entities to serve their clients. She is particularly sensitive to the needs of families of relocating clients - something she experienced first hand with their own frequent moves around the country during the time her husband was a Corporate Executive in the Telecommunications Industry. Linda is a member of the Luxury Home Marketing Institute and she carries the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist - and is a member of the Million Dollar Guild. She also holds the designations as a Global Property Specialist, a Certified Negotiation Expert, an Accredited Buyers Representative, is a Graduate Realtor Institute and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Linda is active in her community and is proud to be a "First Lady" of the Austin Community Foundation's "Power of the Purse" - an organization that serves the needs of women and children through grants to many different non-profits across the Central Texas area. Linda is married to Leo, her husband and a broker and has three grown children, Kim, Shawn and Katie and a very sweet Springer Spaniel, Coco
