Jacquelyn is a proud 5th generation Texan. In 2001, Jacqueline went to work for Coldwell Banker United. In the first year, she earned ‘Rookie of the Year’ and has not slowed down since. “It’s been an amazing ride” says Jacquelyn, who has found that what she loves the most is helping families to find their perfect home. “I’ve lived in Austin for 30 years. I know the whole city like the back of my hand, and my clients may come to town knowing little to nothing about Austin or Lake Travis. I often take them out on our boat and on a tour of the city. This is not just business for me, I develop true relationships and more often than not, my clients become my friends.” Doing what she loves, Jacquelyn has earned notoriety in the real estate community, having been named a Platinum Top 50 agent 2011-2013, 2015, and 2016-2018. She has also been named a Texas Monthly Five-Star agent for the last 5 years. As a result of her quality service, Jacquelyn can proudly claim that the majority of her business comes from referrals. “I have many clients who have both bought and sold multiple homes through me, and it is very gratifying when they refer me to their family and friends.” Due to the nature of the Texas real estate market, Jacquelyn finds that she is often working with clients looking for a second home. “I work a lot with the second home market and have access to homes in all styles and price ranges. Helping families find their dream getaway home or full-time residence is a great honor.” Outside of real estate, Jacquelyn loves spending time with her family. “We live in a yacht club marina community and are avid boaters, both of my kids were skiing by age four. I also love watching my son play baseball where I feel like I get a chance to relax and charge my batteries. My husband and I have a huge extended family in Austin that we love spending time with, and this is a great place to raise a family and enjoy life.” Jacquelyn is also actively involved in community service. She is a member of the Seton Hospital Association as well as a fundraising coordinator for the American Cancer Society. “I have raised money as a team member on the Relay for Life Lakeway Team, and work with Mobile Loaves and Fishes.
