Dru has lived all over the country and has traveled throughout the world. She earned a B.A. in English from the University of Kansas and settled in Dallas after traveling throughout Europe and Asia. While in Dallas she worked in marketing for American Airlines and continued to explore the world. Her late husband J.B. Brown’s commercial real estate career brought their family to Austin in 2000, and they were definitely here to stay. Dru’s passion for Austin’s unique character and interesting people makes real estate a great fit. She is a high energy person with an adventurous spirit. She will listen carefully and is motivated to turn real estate goals into reality. Whether buying, selling or leasing, Dru will give respect and attention to make all real estate transactions as smooth as possible. She has always enjoyed helping people achieve their goals and welcomes the opportunity to be of service. Dru enjoys the many amenities that Austin has to offer while raising three kids. She is active in her community as well as several philanthropies. She enjoys running, cycling, yoga, cooking, reading and spending as much time as possible with her kids and their labradoodle Ginger.
