Sellers is a fourth generation Texan born and raised in Round Rock. He only left the Austin area for a short while to study real estate and earn a B.A. in Sociology from the University of North Texas. Sellers was so awe struck by real estate while studying it at UNT that he quickly got his license and started selling real estate before graduating. He knew real estate was what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. Sellers has enjoyed continued success specifically in the residential foreclosure listing market over the past several years. As broker/owner of Texas Property Shop, Sellers and his team of experts sold 408 properties ($38.4 million) across Texas in 2012. Although his focus has been on listing foreclosed properties for banks such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase, Fannie Mae, United States Housing & Urban Development, the U.S. Marshalls, and many more, he has always been dedicated to providing the best tools for his agents to succeed as well as engaging institutional buyers. In 2013, Sellers sold a total of 432 homes with 171 of these sold on the buyer’s side to institutional investors. Chad is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), member of The Federation of REO Certified Experts (FORCE), Five Star Institute REO Certified, Equator Platinum REO & Short Sale Certified, member of the National Association of Real Estate Professionals, Texas Association of Real Estate Professionals, Williamson County Board of Real Estate Professionals, San Antonio Board of Real Estate Professionals, Houston Association of Real Estate Professionals, Central Texas Area Board of Real Estate Professionals, Corpus Christi Association of Real Estate Professionals, and the Temple/Belton Board of Real Estate Professionals. Sellers is a licensed broker in Texas and Minnesota. In addition to being the broker/owner of Texas Property Shop, Sellers is also the founder of real estate franchise and software innovation company, Realty Force International, broker/owner of Realty Force Round Rock, and owner of Ranger REO. Sellers is married to his high school sweetheart, Abby, to which they have two boys, Brady and Levi. He spends most of his free time with his family, playing guitar, softball, scuba diving, and pretty much anything outdoors.
