Carol Dochen brings decades of experience to help her clients with their real estate needs. Over the years, Carol has served as a director of the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR), President of the Austin Multiple Listing Service (ACTRIS) twice, and director of the Texas Association of Realtors. Carol was the 2016 winner of the "I Am Austin Woman" award at the Woman's Way Awards! – Austin’s Women’s Magazine award for businesswoman of the year in Austin, Texas! She has also received numerous awards (including 5 Star Realtor), honors from the Austin Business Journal (Elite 25), and Texas Monthly magazine - as well as having earned recognition from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing with the CHLMS and GUILD award. The honors don't stop with her professional life. Philanthropically, Habitat for Humanity recently honored Carol for years of service, which included the donation of a portion of every commission for the past 20 years. She is also a veteran volunteer for Meals on Wheels and Women's Storybook Project.
