Like most Austinites, Ashley fell in love with Austin in college - and though she left her home state, (TX gal, born and raised!) for a short time to the Midwest to work in advertising, she quickly returned to her favorite city to begin her career in Real Estate. Ashley's strong work ethic, passion for people, marketing background, tech-savvyness and service industry experience meets the demands of the Austin real estate market. She started her career in property management, leasing and investment sales in the UT area. Ashley then transitioned to Prudential Texas Realty (now Berkshire Hathaway) as one of the top producing teams not only in Texas, but the nation. She's also taken on the responsibility of selling and marketing two, 4-Star Austin Energy Green condominium projects in the Central Austin area for a developer, and has now (since 2014) found herself at Realty Austin (voted one of Austin's Best Places to work!) Ashley prides herself in her "hand holding" first time buyers and walking them through the (big) purchase process, and she has the testimonials to prove it as well. Some comments that have described Ashley from past clients have been "go getter," "positive, and such a hard worker," "experienced and communicative throughout the entire process" and "the girl doesn't sleep!" - which proves her success in real estate! In Ashley's free time, she enjoys being active and outside, trying out everything Austin has to offer - traveling, volunteering with BBBS, and photography (often incorporating her passion of photography with sessions for her clients). Her professional affiliations include: NAR, National Association of Realtors, TAR, Texas Association of Realtors, ABoR, Austin Board of Realtors, GRI Society, Austin Young Real Estate Professionals, and TREPAC.
