My journey began in 2000, the year I graduated from Baylor University with a BA in communication. In the years to follow, I developed a keen interest in real estate and real estate investment and in 2007 I joined Keller Williams as a licensed realtor. I immersed myself in my new position as realtor learning as much as I possibly could. In the process I set the bar higher not only for myself but for those around me. In my first full year as a Realtor I was thrilled to receive the Silver Medal for being one of the most productive agents office-wide as well as Rookie of the Year Award for outstanding productivity and contributions to the Lake Travis office. My drive to succeed continued to pick up speed and in 2008 I was recognized for closing more transactions than any other individual agent in our office of well over 200 at the time. In addition, I had the second highest earned commission and was awarded the double Gold Medal for productivity. In 2009 I worked hard to earn my spot as one of the most productive agents in the country receiving the prestigious Triple Gold Medal award. I was subsequently ranked 8th among top individual agents in the greater Austin area by the Austin Business Journal. Today, I am a proud member of the Keller Williams Luxury Home Division and one of the top 5 agents in Austin. I belong to the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing as a certified specialist and an elite member of the Million Dollar Guild. Each and every day, I find my role to be thrilling and rewarding. To date I have a total of 18 professional memberships and over 70 business achievements to my credit. I continue to feel just as driven as ever, both professionally and personally. (http://amberharthomes.com/component/option,com_rtbio/Itemid,3/) Since taking on a leadership role in the Keller Williams Lake Travis Market Center, I have had the immense satisfaction of sharing my knowledge and expertise with other agents thereby contributing to their individual success and the overall profitability of our Market Center. I am a board member of the Lake Travis Education Foundation and for three years I have acted as cultural committee chairman at Keller Williams Realty. On a personal level, I feel honored to be a 2014 Lymphoma and Leukemia Society Woman of the Year nominee. This nomination means I will be using both my leadership abilities and resources to raise funds for blood cancer research, education and support. Another role that is close to my heart is my position as president of the Lakeway Police Foundation. This is a volunteer-driven organization whose mission it is to give back to men and women of the Lakeway Police Department raising funds for memorials, educational programs and in support of public safety programs. For the last two years I have led the RED Day (Renew, Energize and Donate) event at the Austin Sunshine Camp. This event, sponsored by Keller Williams Cares has associates participating in various projects with the goal of giving back to the neighborhoods in which they serve. Yes, my plate is indeed full but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I view each professional achievement as an indication that I have so much to give back to others. Winston Churchill said, “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” I have endeavoured to model this sentiment by giving of my time and resources to support my community and in doing so hope to set the example for my two beautiful children.
