Having personally gone through the building process four times and being married to an award-winning custom homebuilder, Eric Olson, with Olson Defendorf Custom Homes, Allison benefits from first-hand building knowledge and is an expert advisor to clients who are considering building or updating their next home. Allison earned her Texas Broker’s license in 2015 and is a Broker Associate with Realty Austin. She was named a 2016 and 2017 Platinum Top 50 Winner and a 2013, 2014, and 2015 Platinum Top 50 Finalist. She was also honored as a Five Year Award Winner for the Five Star Professional Award in 2016. Allison is a member of the Million Dollar Guild and earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist or CLHMS designation in 2007. She earned the Accredited Buyer Representative or ABR designation in 2006. Allison has been featured in the Austin American-Stateman, Tribeza, KVUE News, Texas Monthly, and Top Agent Magazine, where she was named a Top Agent for the Central Texas region in the Summer 2014 Edition. Allison is a graduate of The Hockaday School in Dallas and The University of Texas at Austin. Allison loves to play tennis and is a United States Tennis Association Member. She enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, Partnerships for Children, Caritas, and the Dell Children’s Council for the Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas. Allison has lived in Central Austin including Deep Eddy, Brykerwoods, Downtown Austin, Northwest Hills, Allandale, and the Balcones neighborhoods. Allison and her husband Eric are currently in Westlake in the Treemont neighborhood with their children, Luke and Emily. In her spare time, Allison enjoys cheering on her Longhorns, traveling, volunteering, hearing live music, playing tennis, hitting the pool with her kids, and trying new restaurants! She loves working throughout the Austin area, and mainly assists clients in the Central, Westlake, Downtown, Northwest, and Southwest Austin neighborhoods.
